"Adopt a Family", a new BLD Camden Mission project where three families were gifted by generous members and BLD Camden. "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me" (Matthew 25:40, 45).  Our three recipients are:  Edgar Senar and family, Mary Valencia and granddaughter Allysa, and Gloria Castilla and family.


We were able to achieve and even surpassed, the needs of the three families in their "wish lists".  Edgar Senar and Mary Valencia acknowledged their gifts. Gloria Castilla's gifts were handed to the volunteer coordinator, Susan Connolly at the HE office last Monday, Dec. 4, for distribution to Gloria's family on Friday, Dec. 15.  Photos of this project are now posted in the BLD Camden Facebook.

We reiterate our thanks and gratefulness to all and we pray that we will continue our mission to "alleviate poverty" within and outside our community.
